On the back of the recent government decision to place England into a month-long lockdown until December 2nd, Creative England and the Creative Industries Federationhave made the decision to open the Creative Coalition up to everyone for free, whether they are members of the Creative Industries Federation or not.

The Creative Coalition festival organisers said: “There has never been a more important time to bring the creative industries together to do what we do best, to innovate and redefine our future.

Our event, Reigniting your people plans, will feature a hand-picked panel of experts from the East Midlands, who will be coming together to discuss how businesses of any size in the Creative Industries can adapt and evolve their HR and business plans during the pandemic and beyond.

Panellists will be reflecting on and discussing how their own and other businesses have adapted and fared during the pandemic – including new business opportunities; the importance of leadership and supporting employees during the pandemic; anticipating and preparing business and HR plans for the post-pandemic world, and more.
