My HR Club Membership Features
My HR Club is a unique HR support club designed to support individuals tasked with HR responsibilities or oversight in start up’s, small businesses, charities and not-for-profits who are in need of some HR support, but don’t want – or can’t afford – traditional outsourced HR support. Designed to bridge this gap in the market, My HR Club offers low-cost, remote and self-service HR solutions and benefits.
Members can take advantage of a variety of online benefits and services which are detailed below. Membership is purchased on a per-member basis, however businesses are permitted to invite other line managers and employees in their business along to My HR Club online Workshops at no additional cost.
Exclusive expert-led online workshops
My HR Club members get exclusive access to an array of expert-led Zoom Workshops every month. These exclusive HR and Management Development workshops explore a range of topics, from Employment Law to managing Health and Safety for home workers. If you’re too busy to attend, all workshops are also recorded and can be accessed on-demand for when you can’t make it.
‘Good to go’ HR template portal
In need of a company policy or HR letter ASAP? Our self-serve online HR Portal is stocked full of over 150 tried and tested forms, HR policies, letters and other HR document templates that members can download with confidence and fill out with company details. Plus, if you can’t see what you’re looking for, we’ll find it for you and add it to the portal!
Monthly 1-1 HR Q&A sessions
Got a burning question or problem you need to get a bit of advice about? My HR Club members can book a 20-minute slot once a month and sit down with a member of our HR team to talk it through and get some tips and advice. These sessions are available monthly and are exclusive to My HR Club members at no extra cost.
Annual HR retreat
As part of our commitment to health and wellbeing, the My HR Club and My HR Hub team hold an annual Luxury HR Retreat in the Peak District for our members each year. The retreat is a chance for our members to take some time out of their busy schedules and reset, reboot and recharge with other like-minded HR professionals in a peaceful environment (charged separately).

We know that everyone has busy schedules, so My HR Club’s member-exclusive workshops are recorded and made available on-demand so that members never miss out on any of the various topics we cover each month.
